Ever since I understood the “Law of Attraction”, everything around me started to make sense. I realized my power and my responsibility in my own life. It was terrifying, but also a revelation I couldn't have been without.
If you've never heard about the “Law of attraction” it's simply the understanding that “like attracts like”. Whether we realize it or not, we are the only one responsible, for bringing positive and negative energies and influences into our lives. The Law of Attraction is the ability, to attract whatever we are focusing on. Where we place our focus, have the ultimate impact on what happens to us.
For example if you are spending your days, burying in your past regrets or fears about your uncertain future, you'll likely experience more negatives appearing into your life. But if you're always looking for the silver lining and the positives in every experience, you'll soon experience more positives impacts. Through The Law of Attraction you learn, that you always have the ultimate freedom, to take full control of your day, your future and your life – all shaping it in ways you choose.
When you learn how to benefit the powerful Law of Attraction, you can finally start living and thinking more uplifted and optimistic, that leads you to events and experiences, you've always wished for.
Whatever you're longing for, whatever your dreams, the Law of Attraction can teach you valuable lessons, that will bring you to the place of your most treasured ambitions.
So... By understanding the “Law of Attraction” you'll understand, that the trougths you think, creates a field of vibration in your physical being, which attracts a physical reality that matches that vibration.
Throughout your day you experience and create all different kinds of energies. Those energies will affect your feelings, your mood, your physical appearance and also what you accomplish throughout your day. When you start to be aware of your different energies, you'll discover that some energies are more powerful and easily recognizable, while others will be more subtle. I strongly believe, it's fair to say, that everything is energy.
Everything you say, every thought you're thinking, the things you do – even the things you don't do – all produce energy that will impact you and your surroundings. When you start working towards creating positive energy, you'll see improvements in your life and you'll touch more people and effect their lives more than you thought possible.
I believe, that energy can be defined as anything, that creates a reaction inside you. Anything that makes you shake, feel, ponder or react. Energy comes in many different forms. Like the chair you're sitting on, the music you're listening to or the book you just finished reading, creates some kind of reaction within you and therefore creates either positive or negative energy.
Let's take an example: When you put on your favorite song, how does it make you feel? What type of energy does your favorite song create within you? Which type of energy do you enjoy the most? Take a short break from reading this and close your eyes through the entire song and discover how you feel. Music is, without quiestion, the most powerful forms of energy. There's music for everyone, every experience, every emotion, every season – music can create every form of energy inside you.
Music is the easiest way to totally shift your energy. Athletes listen to music to help the adrenaline going; artists listen to music to help get their creative magic flowing; and writers write with the help of music. Even though music is the easiest way to get energized – it is definitely not the only way.
Normally, when I wake in the morning I fling the curtains and open the window and let the sunlight and the breeze into the room. For me, that's an amazing way to become energized in the morning. Even if the sky is heavy with rain, I try to be aware of the beauty, so it becomes a positive influence. I know, it may sound kind of wired, but I will not let myself be affected of bad weather. There's nothing I can do about it anyway. Next time rain is outside of your window, try to be fully present and try to follow a few raindrops down the window or go outside to smell the rain. If you try to be present and aware, the bad weather won't influence you so badly. Being present is one of the most important things, if you want to feel energized in a positive way.
Try to make a list, of all the things that make you feel awesome and use it as a guide of learning to become more energized.
If nature is something that brings you positive energy, you should prioritize being outdoor more often. If the sun gives you energy, there's a pretty good chance that flowers, trees and water will do the same.
Here's a list of some of the things, that brings me positive energy.
Yoga
Creative writing
Taking a walk
Music
Reading
Focusing on gratitude
Positive energy is contagious. When you constantly take in the positive energy from your surroundings, it will be visible in the outer world.
If you want to make room for the positive energy to flow in the present moment, you'll need to learn to release the negative past energy you're holding on to. This might be a overwhelming thing to do. But it doesn't actually has to be if you just focus on this very moment and ask yourself “Does what I see makes me feel good right now?”. And if you don't see anything that makes you feel good, then ask yourself “Then how can I access that feeling?”
Many people believe that energy is a spiritual term – like a concept from another world. But in reality it's something we create – all of us, everyday – in our day-to-day activities.
When you learn to fully appreciate what happens in this moment, you will have profound power to manifest positive feelings and therefore create an inspireng energy that will impact and benefit everything and everyone around you. In this way, we play a much bigger role in our lives, than what we realize.
