II: Walk hand in hand with your fear

Fear is a sign, that something is important to you. In reality fear is a sign, that exactly this is something, you need to hold onto. Fear is truly one of the most important factors, to live the life, you truly wants. Fear has a positive intention. Never fear your fear, because it only wants the best for you. This is important to keep in mind.
When did you last time feel your fear? Could it maybe be a sign, that exactly that, was very important to you?
Overall there's 3 kinds of fear. We all have, some time in our lives, met them. Maybe there's one of them, you've met more often, maybe even daily, and you might know that fear more clearly.
The fear of not being good enough, to not manage, which leads us to not even dare to take the chance, the risk, because what if we fail?
The fear of others judgement, of not fitting in, which leads us to not dare standing out, being different and unique or being really good at something.
The fear of regretting our actions, which leads many of us to never being able to choose important decisions in our lives. We live between two doors, never committing us to one door and never truly satisfied.
Which one of these fears are always walking beside you?
When life and the daily routines are taking over, it's also a sign of fear. Just think of all these people, who were standing on the edge of their dreams, being so terribly close of taking their first step, but then life came and changed the way.
Like those who have been pursuing their dreams and were so close to making it happen, but then they got themselves into a relationship and their way changed entirely after. Or those who've tried to make their passion a way of living, but then buys a brand new home and now they can't afford leaving their current job, because they need financial stability. Or those who always wanted to live abroad, but in last minute they got a perfect job position and cancels all their plans, puts their dream aside, to stay where there's safe and sound.
You'll probably say “That's just life” and you can't plan. But I will claim that that's just another way, the fear shows it's ways - to put ourselves in front of decisions, where we are forced to choose between the safe and the risky. In this way you are always reacting upon the events in your life, instead of taking full responsibility, stand up for your choices and create your own life.
Do you know your fear or are you one of those, who don't know, they are scared? Many of us doesn't even realize, that we're making decisions out of fear. If we are unconsciously making our decisions out from fear, it's actually worser than have looked our fear in the eyes. If you're not conscious about being afraid, then you can't beat you fear neither.
So here's three traps that clears, if you're not feeling your fear – even though it's there. It's all excuses for not manifesting what you truly wants.
When you feel, that your life is just something that happens – something you don't have control over. When you feel like, you are running in circles and you're too busy trying to survive instead of actually living. When your life is filled with things you need to do and a 2 meter long to-do list you haven't done yet. If you're lucky, you'll feel a sense of happiness when you're on holiday, get's a new idea or when your dreams are just around the corner – but that's just until you're back home again. Then all good intentions of NOW it's going to be different, disappeared like a drop in the ocean.
You might be one those people, who keeps telling yourself, that you have to wait, before you can take action and create the life, that you're dreaming about, until you know exactly what you want. The hidden secret is that it's only when you're taking action and meet your fear, you'll find out what you want. Those who have found their life purpose, found it on the way - after they begun to create the life they deep down knows, they were dreaming about. When they took their first steps onto their journey, purpose and direction came out from the mist.
Maybe you are holding yourself back, because you don't know the answer of “How?”. You are probably trying to convince yourself, that you don't know, how to create the life you truly wants? So instead of just putting yourself “out there” and begin to explore the opportunities, you are just standing still and never really taking the first step.
Can you recognize yourself in these descriptions? Are you a hamster in a wheel, are you still searching for your purpose or are you waiting for the recipe?
When you have put a face on your fear, you can decide, how you will react to it. But fear has many disguises and can be very difficult to realize. Fear is sneaky. It sneaks up on you, when you hold your feelings back towards someone, because you fear how they will react. Or when you get a new brilliant idea but soon puts it away, because if it really were that brilliant, someone else might already have tried it out. Or when you say to yourself, you want to be more healthy and you could easily do it, but there are other things, that's more important right now.

There's 3 ways your fear can sabotage you. While you read them, try if you can recognize yourself in one or more of them.
“That's just who I am”. When you want something to be different, but you don't think you can get there, you say “That's just who I am”. It shows when you say “I'm not good enough”, “I can't follow my dreams” or “Everybody can't be happy”. So by saying “That's just who I am” you are accepting your own sabotage.
“I probably can't do it”. You could also be one of those, who are playing small – being lesser than what you really are. You are telling yourself, that you don't deserve it, that you're not good enough, that you're not smart enough and that you probably can't. This is very common among humans but it doesn't matter how common it is – it's still not natural. We are placed in this world to create, to make a difference, to be positive and loving towards others and ourselves – not to be negative and self-destructive. It is not in our human nature – but it is sadly something we learn along the way.
“I'm not important enough”. If you recognize yourself here, it's probably because you've always done something, that was more important than yourself. With other words: There's something else, that's more important, than what your inner voice are telling you. And along with the fear of not fitting in, you are spending your life on pleasing others, instead of listening to your own needs. Ask yourself: Am I going to be a better or worse role model if I followed my dreams and my life purpose?
When you have gotten to know your fear and specifically knows, when it holds you back, you need to create some kind of consciousness towards it. It simply needs attention. When you give your fear attention, you can use your fear actively. It will become a great force for you and to create the life, you're truly placed in this world to live.
The life, I am talking about, is a life where you are making decisions according to what you wishes to create. Where you stop trying to survive this life, as long as it lasts, but instead take responsibility for your own actions and choices. A life, where you don't close yourself down, when something is threatening but instead opens up and meet it.
And it's exactly this consciousness I want you to work with. When is the fear arriving? What is it, that you fear? What happens, when you close down? What happens, when you are being open, while you are feeling your fear? Realize when your fear arrives and create focus instead of running away.
